Capes: As everything is made-to-order, please allow 6-8 weeks for the capes to make and deliver.
Bridal: For the Bridal and evening gown please allow 2-3 months.

Time can vary depending on peak periods and unexpected circumstances.
Please get in touch before ordering should you want a quick delivery and we can do our best to accommodate.
Once your order is ready it will be carefully and consciously wrapped and packaged for posting, with a thank you handwritten note.

As every piece is made to order, unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds. Each piece is made only once the order is received, a lot of time and care is spent in making our capes and dresses, so please ensure you order with complete certainty!
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please do get in contact to discuss our circulating scheme as we can take back the cape from you put it in the rental market which give you the opportunity to order new one at a discounted price.
For the bespoke dresses and bridal as our process is straight forward your dress is already approved on the toile fitting so it will be absolutely perfect to what you already approved.

How do you send your orders, and do we pay VAT?
UK orders are sent with Royal Mail Tracked.
International orders are sent with DHL or UPS Express so you shouldn't be waiting too long after your order has been sent.
You will be provided with tracking information.
Non-UK orders are subject to custom charges/tax. This is usually a VAT (Value Added Tax) at about 20% depending on your country’s customs.
Is the cost different for custom made orders?
Most of the time we stick to the same price that is on our website if the order is in the same specification with a different colour.
However, adding more beading and trimming may incur an additional cost.

The capes are one size fit all and come in 3 lengths.
However if you need a customised length or size we are happy to assist you with a complementary one-to-one consultation to help you get the best measurements.
As for bridal and evening gowns the measurements are taken in our London studio.
Can I return my order?
As every piece is custom made to order with your personal specifications, unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds.

Unfortunately not. They need to be sent to a dry cleaning specialist as they can cover the stones and delicates and dry clean the material.
